In this episode, we start off our meditation with a simple yet effective meditation exercise.

This meditation is a fantastic tool for beginners, people who aren't 'convinced' on meditation or for you who experiences high levels of anxiety.

In order to manage our headspace, we must have tools at our disposal to help shift away from negative headspaces so we can effectively become the creator our of life. This is a great start and I can't wait for you to join me on this meditation journey.
