Sometimes we are placed in the middle of situations that seem dismal. Truth be told we do not want to be there and feel that the matter is hopeless. Yet, God may have you there for a specific purpose. You may be there to speak life into the dismal circumstance. God can use you if you surrender to His authority to bring about refreshing and restoring to what appears to be a hopeless situation.
