Understanding the three different kinds of sin: (1) the imputation of Adam's original sin to all of his descendants with its spiritual penalty and physical consequences (Rom 5:12), (2) the inherent sin nature, which is transmitted genetically (1 Cor 15:22), and (3) personal sins (mental attitude, verbal, and overt) which can result in loss of eternal inheritance (1 Cor 6:9f; Gal 5:19-21). What made the LJC different from the rest of the human race so that He did not experience any category of sin?
