My very first episode of Why Your Bank Sucks is an interesting one. This past week, you may have seen a story on the news about a random Bank of America ATM in Houston mistakenly dispensing $100 bills, causing a commotion. A good laugh was had by all in the media and general public with the story.
But with my years of insight on how ATMs are managed, I will give you the real story of what is probably going on behind the scenes when it comes to those responsible for the error with their job security, the reason for the unorthdox statement of Bank of America to allow the customers to keep the extra money they recieved it, and just the overall stress that leads to a major screw up like that with a lot of money.
