 Don't you immediately think of older folks when you walk into a bank?I do. As a former banker, older clients were about half the people I saw in a given day. I loved talking to them and dealing with them. I wish the same could be said about Bank of America

In this podcast, I will discuss Bank of America's treatment of older clients. There are so many reasons, so this may be part 1.

• How Bank of America gouges older clients for the one thing they use: Checks and all the services that come with check writing
• How Bank of America's closure of a lot of Drive Up Windows, and lack of staff in the lobby is actually detrimental to the health of a lot of older clients.
• How Bank of America sees lending to older folks
• How Bank of America's updated ID Policy has ended a lot of relationships with older clients. 
• I will also discuss why I believe the last bullet point was malicious by Bank of America to rid itself of high maintenance older clients that  "provide no value" to Bank of America.     

It is a topic that a grandma's boy like myself pulls no punches with, as you will hear my anger on this subject matter.
