This podcast and community are rooted in the desire to heal and grow, so this week, I want to talk about a topic that could always use more airtime, and that’s black mental health.
It’s awesome to see more discussions surrounding this topic taking place online and off, so I can’t wait to add to it here. This week we’re going to uncover some statistics surrounding Black mental health, the normalization of therapy, and what we as a community can do to promote more conversations about mental health.
Martin Luther King Jr, His quote goes like this:
“If you can’t fly, run. If you can’t run, walk. If you can’t walk, crawl, but by all means, keep moving.
