We're back to good old fashioned action this week with 2004's District 13. Mostly known for introducing Parkour to the world, this punchy action film has a lot more to offer than a gimmick. Despite its short runtime and probably because it reminds Mono of his Glory Days, this is an all time favourite here at MonoRants. So Jump/Flip/Vault into a rant about incredible chase sequences, crappy American remakes, a Father Ted reference straight out of the gate and a very important Public Service Announcement about the Dubbing this film (and in general).
