As we continue through the eight days of the feast of dedication spoken of by Yeshua in John 10:21 it is important to study the history of when this event took place and that means reading the first and second books of Maccabees. It is a history lesson of courage in the face of a wicked godless government. A people who so valued the instructions of the Most High that they were willing too fight to keep them. It is well worth reading and understanding there prophetic significance in the days we are living in.
