Joanna is a friend of mine who runs ‘The Spa Room’ just outside Claremorris. I have been going to Joanna for massage & reflexology on & off since she opened & it’s only from my visits to The Spa Room that I began to learn more about Joanna & the interesting life she has lived. Joanna talks to me about her studies, her travels, her yoga/meditation experience & how she ended up living with monks in the mountains in Thailand. This sort of stuff intrigues me 😃 I’d love to live with monks for a while (I think)!! Very easy listening & a fantastic story. Hope you enjoy 😉
