Now, in this new series of UK History we are going to look at specific political eras since 1945. And we are starting with the 1945-51 Labour Government. Me and James are going to discuss the NHS, Education, Welfare state, Nationlised industries and Wage Controls discuss are they effective and why were they done and could they be implemented in the 2020s. An Interesting Episode and we will have an episode on Tuesday talking about the midterms and then on Sunday talking about the Budget. Then the Sunday after on the 26th November we will talk about the 1951-64 Conservative Government.
