Hello people, this is the first episode in my series called the Big Issues. We will be discussing the issues the UK and USA faces from a broken welfare state to a the backlog in the NHS to a new foreign policy to education reform. We will be examining policy alternatives to the issues we face to help people. This week was about the welfare state in the UK. We will do one week UK and the next week USA related issue and work it like that on alternate basis. The first minute of audio is silence and minute 1-3 is chatter . However from minute 3 to 59 is all about the welfare state in this country and the need for Jobs and protecting people.
