Sometimes I have the urge to give a mindful minute. The Farner's Market was very eventful, the Monk took me out. We have to have new experiences to know God is real. I have a monotheist belief, so meeting those with other systems is interesting, non-threating. I am not advocating or seeking guidance from any other source only stating what I have read and been taught. There are many questions, when people are seeking peace.
