Description

Mark Twain said “Courage is resistance to fear, mastery of fear, not absence of fear”, and most times we forget how true this is. Fear, as much as it is a saving grace in some situations, can be the largest obstacle in our lives and reaching our goals. We forget that it is just a state of mind and it can be mastered, it can be controlled. We let it dominate our thoughts and we never really see how easy it is to be our best selves when it isn't in the way. In order to do achieve our goals and do those things we know will make us happy but we are too afraid to do, we must step on the throat of fear and be its master because that is the only way for us to be our best selves. In this episode I also share my personal experiences with fear and how, even though its still very much present, I've learned to control it. Happy listening!
