One of my favourite things about the bad days are how much they test us and push us toward our thresholds. We always find it slightly more difficult to be grateful during the bad days, but this is where is counts most. Be thankful for the lessons learned in the bad days, because they carry far more valuable teaching than what you learn on the good days.
