This weeks' podcast episode may be highlighting a menopausal symptom.

Even though I don't buy into the whole peri menopause/menopause/post menopause labelling, I do know that our bodies evolve as we age and we experience changes. I, identifying as a female, have had my fair share of physical and emotional shifts in my body, enough to talk and write about. 
The problem with labelling is the story we attach to the label, ie once you hit menopause blah blah blah.....these types of stories may be scientifically backed but that doesn't mean everybody is going to experience the same effect AND dietary and lifestyle changes almost combat every symptom possible.

In this episode, I share:

The ways I tackled the irritation both medically and holistically.

The time it took me to iron out the solution in the best way I know how.

What worked and what didn't and what I am doing now.
