That moment of second-guessing yourself, of overriding your own gut feeling because of someone else’s opinion (reviews)that’s where it starts. And when you keep doing that, it chips away at your self-trust. Over time, that constant second-guessing creates a low-level stress you carry without even realising. It becomes your normal. And anything that puts you in a state of fear, doubt, or disconnect from yourself over and over—that’s chronic.

So I’m not just talking about reviews here. I’m talking about how easy it is to let outside voices drown out your own. I’m asking you to start coming back to you. To notice when you hand your power away. To pause and ask, “What do I feel about this?”

I know it takes time. Especially if you’ve been ignoring that inner voice for years. But it’s still there. And next week, I’ll talk more about how you can rebuild that trust in yourself—step by step. Until then, just notice. You don’t have to change anything yet. Just become aware of the moments where you’ve been giving your power away. That’s where the shift begins.
