The story of the Bible is a story of unity. One could make the case that the great, central theme of all Christian Scripture is unity. Meaning, in the Scriptures, we find the story of God. And God—who at great cost to himself—choose to redeem and reunite a lost and broken humanity back to himself. And this is what the cross of Christ accomplishes.
