Description

In this episode I chat to Jane Johnson, of Careering Into Motherhood, a membership platform of over 8,600 women at the point of recording. The sole purpose of this platform is to support and empower mothers to have successful and fulfilling careers. Careering into Motherhood initially began as a Facebook group, but has grown to run mentoring programmes for 60 women, online coaching programmes during lockdown, launched the award-winning Careering into Motherhood podcast plus hosted well-known female speakers via a Masterclass series. It now is a community platform offering via numerous forms of online content plus access to an approved list of Coaches (of which I am one!).

Jane has also experienced her own career changes - from navigating a return to a job-share in Banking (the first at her level in the bank she worked in), setting up a recruitment business, working across PR and comms and now Founding the Careering Into Motherhood community.

During our conversation, Jane offers an honest view of her own personal experiences as well as drawing on those she has been able to support through her platform. The episode is packed full of insight, advice and thought provoking content for you if you are a working mother, if you are considering change or an organisation looking to improve your support to working parents.

Jane would love you to join her platform Careering Into Motherhood! I can highly recommend it!
