Robyn McKay PhD is a global expert on career acceleration for spiritual entrepreneurs, transformational coaches, and solo-practitioners who are ready to harness their spiritual intelligence and attract corporate clients.
Dr. McKay spent the early part of her career in the biotech industry, working "in the weeds" as a medical writer/scientist. She received 5 promotions in 10 years, rising to the level of senior manager in a high-pressure, fast-paced organization. At the same time, Dr. McKay was engaged in a 10 year apprenticeship in spiritual intelligence. From the beginning, she was able to effortlessly blend intelligence and emotion, reason and intuition into her soulful-yet-scientific transformational leadership coaching methods.
Dr. McKay’s corporate clients include an international community of people who work at organizations such Nike, CBS, Intel, Honeywell, Boeing, Intercept Pharmaceuticals, Northwest Mutual, Experian, JLL, Morgan Stanley, and Caterpillar.
