The communion isn’t a religious thing, it is a covenant meal that reminds us that we are in a covenant.
There are two (2) types of covenant in the bible: the old covenant and the new covenant.
Without the shedding of blood there is no covenant and there is usually a token of covenant.
The word “blessed” always go with every covenant. Genesis 14:19-20
In a covenant, you take on the name of the person you are in a covenant with.
A communion is made basically for remembrance. It reminds you of who who are in a covenant with.
