Grief can be incredibly isolating, and there can be great comfort in meeting someone with a shared experience. On today's episode i chat with Keelan Burns, a young man who lost his wife Laura suddenly without any warning. Overnight Keelan became a sole parent to their beautiful son Lorcan who had been diagnosed with cerebral palsy. Grief and heartbreaking loss are extremely painful, but as Keelan explains it is important for him to look to the future with positivity.
