Description

Last week we talked about body image and how we are trying to break the cycle of thinking when it comes to our bodies and the food we put into it. It only made sense for us to continue the conversation around feeding our children and teaching them a new way of approaching the ways we fuel our bodies and being mindful of what makes us feel strong. The development of the feeding process is an interesting one, guiding the progression from first introduction of solid foods to watching them paint with quesadillas all over the dining table. It’s not been our favorite journey, and it’s one we suspect you can relate to!
