Emotional regulation is something that is getting harder for us as a society. The clear lack of movement and map nutrition (junk food) of most of our population is probably the main difficulty we face as a species. Feeling anger, resentment or any other feeling perceived as negative is frowned upon so we stuff all of that down, and the body stores it physically for us. Movement is medicine and breath is awareness, let’s talk about this and hopefully shed some light on how to keep you using these valuable life changing tools for better mental health and daily living and of course injury prevention folks.
