Our debut guest is Keone Catian. After graduating from Menlo College in Northern California, he immersed himself head first in all facets of the business and hasn't looked back since. Having extensive experience in the mortgage industry along with being a seasoned licensed realtor, makes him a well-rounded savvy real estate investor. Since leaving his W-2 job and going full-time as a real estate investor in 2016, as the founder & principal owner of Kuleana Investment Group, Keone has been involved in numerous real estate investment deals ranging from contract flips, residential re-developments and ground-up residential development projects.
