The boys are covering a serial killer known as "The Vampire of Sacramento" or at least for the first episode we'll call him "The Mosquito of Sacramento". Richard was a pretty sick sumbitch. We are separating the story of Richard into two parts. This first episode we are covering his upbringing until his first kill.
