In this episode I share 5 tips that help me to bring more inner peace & calm into my life. Many of us lead lives that are over-scheduled, we live in a culture that venerates being busy & we experience constant stimulation from our screens & from the media. All of this can leave us feeling frantic & preoccupied. Finding ways to bring more peace & calm can help to counteract these negative feelings.
