In today's (Un)usual Dialogues, I am talking with Geraldine - an Argentinian researcher from Edinburgh University. Geraldine travelled quite a bit, before finding her place in Edinburgh. As she claims, the city and its people 'claimed her heart', and so she decided to stay. We've met through the BJJ classes, which both of us attend, and as she finds spiritual and psychological subjects interesting to discuss, we quickly became friends. During our conversation, we will consider the ways different cultures approach social interactions, think about the habits one creates and gets rid of throughout their life, and invite you to think of different behaviours, which your social conditioning might have influenced. Our talk orbits around the idea of self-expression and it is my hope that through giving it a listen we will help you dive deeper into your own self-reflection and self-understanding. With this mission in our hearts, we've held this engaging audible space for all of you to tune in!
I hope you will find this episode inspiring and entertaining.
