In this week's episode, I will invite you to consider the reactivity of your emotions and how you could adjust the way in which you act out certain states of mind. Inspired by one of my old stories about a heavy Monday morning in my old house, I am going to discuss the difficulties of tackling irritation, as well as offer you a little trick, which could help you make better choices in those moments of weakness.
