We hear how Neil went from early life in a home where drugs, alcohol and violence were the norm to helping others like him to get a start in life and move away from drugs. A very compassionate person with a ‘can do’ attitude, fuelled by doing exactly what people say he can’t, Neil’s determination and motivation are palpable.
