Today, we have a fiery discussion about the need for men in our society to be strong both mentally and physically.  How do can we do that?  Working out.  A man's physical strength has a direct correlation to his mental strength, and as a protector, it is imperative that he can not only defend his family but also himself.  We give our views on why it's important to workout, train a martial art, etc. and how it's shaped our lives for the better.  If you have been on the fence of starting, start, if you have lacked consistency, get back on track.  This is a journey that will not only help you but also society.
