Buddha is quoted as saying: “However many holy words you read, however many you speak, what good will they do you if you do not act upon them?” It’s with this quote in mind that I’d like for all of us to focus on the word #GOALS. I truly believe that being more intentional requires a certain level of commitment and understanding of the word #GOALS.
