Quick update:

If you’ve been following along - you’ll know I’m closing access to the RCA on April 30th!

Here’s the deal & where this decision is coming from..!!

Last quarter we had our biggest quarter in our 5-year history.

We took on a bunch of GREAT clients!

But right now - Every client works with me directly (no assistant coaches here)

Pros: clients sign-up to work with me, so they get to work with me.

Cons: I can’t take on an infinite amount of clients - especially when I need time to do other things too.

So that’s why I’ve decided over the next few months to focus on research, development & supporting my existing clients.

(PLUS: I’m relocating to the other side of the country in less than 25 days)

Here are some of the things I’m going to be looking into, maintaining & actioning next:

Producing weekly podcast content & free value (nothing changes here) Search “Remote Coaches” 

Producing content for my Youtube Channel (looking to create higher quality content & grow the channel - it’s currently tiny, but we’ve done lots of business from here already)

Attending events/networking (i’m going to make an effort to get out more - starting with the fit expo in Manchester next month)

Explore doing UK & US events.

It’s been on my mind since I went to Canada earlier this year (another reason why I’m going to events to get a feel for what we might want to create)

Next…research, innovation & new training inside the RCA..!! Marketing & online coaching changes VERY quickly.

I want to make sure our clients have the most up-to-date tools, strategies & insights

Look at what we can build/offer beyond our initial RCA program for those who are looking to become CEOs & not just solo online coaches/business owners.

Further, optimise our client acquisition process (make it more efficient) & save time (that we can then teach to our clients)

RCA expansion! We will need new infrastructure to grow client numbers in the future - So this is something I’m going to be thinking about too.

Looking at how to better integrate our Klinetware software into the RCA program & create additional support inside RCA (we just added a new call for clients next week).

I’ll be sharing discoveries/content & updates on my social media throughout the next few months for anyone who’s curious & wants to hear about what’s going on behind the scenes!
