In this episode Mikayla talks about her own experience with imposter syndrome and some tips she uses to relieve it. Feelings of self-doubt are totally normal but you should know that you are more than capable of doing whatever is making your doubt yourself! It takes some mindset reframing, confidence boosters, and ultimately just believing in yourself to get rid of imposter syndrome but always remember you're not alone.
