This episode is about the importance of creating a schedule for yourself, especially during summer break when you feel like you don't need to. Without a schedule it is easy to lose sight of your goals and your purpose when you could be making the most of your free time! I take the time to go through the steps I plan to follow to create a schedule that works for me and makes me feel good and I encourage you to do the same.
