Perfection is temporary.  

Change is constant.  

Let me give you two seconds to let that sink in.  

Perfection is temporary.  

It is REALLY HARD to give 100% each and every single day.  It’s actually totally unrealistic to think of perfection - long term.  

Honestly it doesn’t exist.  

It is unrealistic to think that any of us can 100% stick to our workouts, every single day.  

It is unrealistic to think that we will stick to our healthy eating plan - every single day.  Perfection can certainly be temporary - but long term?  Very unlikely.  And that’s ok - as long as we understand that.  Balance in everything in life is key!

BUT!!  Also know that CHANGE is CONSTANT.  We are never standing still.  We are always in constant motion - either moving toward where we intend to go - or away.   With each step we take … or don’t take ... each choice we make - or don’t make … we’re either moving closer to, or farther away from where we aspire to go.  But we’re never standing still.

Perfection is temporary.  Change is constant.
