Hello, podcast fans! I know it's been a while, and to be honest, I was debating whether this podcast would continue. Every time I tuned in, I would hear "yes," but my capacity to produce a show was limited.
I have learned over the years never to push and produce from an empty tank.
So, I waited, paused, and held the vision for future production when the time was right.
Yesterday and today, it became evident that (with a much fuller cup), it was time to continue. What emerged today was a little update on my life, why my capacity was limited, and the future of this podcast. I share about my trip to Peru and the chasm of grief that emerged. I dive into the importance of feeling our feelings and how this actually leads to more clarity around our dharma.
