Welcome to the first (of many) episode of gaLtalk! gaL is an acronym for "get a Life" - a Life with Jesus. gaLtalk is a show for women of color, by women of color. It is a show where we discuss the many cares and concerns of life and give wisdom you can trust. What we say may be countercultural and it may be difficult, but it will bring us peace and contentment. We're in this together. Join us on this countercultural journey!
In our first episode, we'll introduce a little bit about who we are and what we're about. Our topic for June is self-love. Is self-love biblical? Does showing too MUCH skin or too little represent our morality? Does God care about how we dress or our body confidence? All these questions and more are discussed by the women of gaLtalk.
