Bio: Michelle R. Ferguson is a global transformation executive with expertise in operations, finance, and shared services. She spend most of her career at S&P Global/McGraw Hill where she held a variety of positions including SVP of Global Business Services and SVP of International Operations. Her legacy there includes founding WINS, the company’s first ERG, serving as an advisor to subsequent ERGs, and co-founding a global mentoring program. She is a DEI advocate and serial mentor. Currently, she is advising the 9/11 Memorial and Museum on the launch of their diversity initiative. Michelle’s first book, Women Mentoring Women was published in spring 2022. She is a founding member of Chief in NYC.

She has also held positions at KPMG, Abrams, and Maxwell Communications.

Michelle holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BBA from the University of Notre Dame where she remains active. She is the mother of two sons and grandmother to five and lives in New York City.
