As the daughter of Holocaust survivors, Lavinia Plonka learned that life is unpredictable, and you should always follow your heart. Lavinia spent 25 years as a mime and clown teaching and entertaining internationally - from Bar Mitzvahs to Lincoln Center. Lavinia’s love of movement and learning led her to become a body language expert. She is a master teacher of both The Feldenkrais Method® and Emotional Body®. She has written tons of books and audio programs, and teaches internationally on movement, healing and creativity.
