If you’ve been on this journey with me for a while, you know that I’ve been questioning the impact of the online coaching industry and my role in it for a while now. I know that I’m not alone in this feeling, both from conversations I’ve been having and other people speaking out on social media. This chat today is a deep dive with another fabulous coach who has also been questioning the lack of humanity and in same cases the questionable ethics of what she sees online. 

Rachel Kurzp is a marketing coach, copywriter, speaker and teacher. She supports multi-passionate women to build an aligned, ethical and profitable business without having to choose between their passions, compromise their values, and use unethical marketing tactics.

Rachel resisted speaking about her background for so long because her story doesn’t fit nicely into the ‘rags to riches’ narrative we hear so often, as those stories always left her feeling deflated wondering why she hadn’t had the ‘holy aha moment’ that set her on a new path.

But after sharing her journey privately with her clients and community she realised they didn’t want an over-simplified, highlight reel. They wanted to understand the life-long work that goes into creating a purposeful live and aligned business.
