Talking and learning about energy is one of my favourite things, because for so long I had no idea about the importance and existence of energy. Finding out about it explained a lot of previously inexplainable things for me; like why I seemed to feel other people’s emotions or why some environments made me feel really icky (and not because I was some precious princess!).
