Owning and running restaurants and kiosks on the beaches of Puerto Rico is in the blood of Yesenia and Armando. Coming to the United States they wanted to create the same family concept that they knew back home. They began to weigh the pros and cons of a brick and mortar building and a mobile business. They never imagined that one day that would own and operate a food truck. Or, more accurately a food trailer. The recipes are a combination of old family dishes and the focus of putting their own spin on the dietary desires of their customers. It's authentic Puerto Rican cuisine with their own flavors and interpretations.
