Mean Mug started about eight years ago in Salisbury, NC. Evelyn believed that her town was in need of a place where people could meet, get to know each other and find community. She wanted to create a melting pot of sorts. Mean Mug was established as a place to meet over coffee and break down myths and barriers. Her story, which started in Guatemala, is a fascinating journey.
