This episode features Tommy Alfinito of Wildfether Distilling.
Tommy is a former gym owner who had a dream to open a brewery. His experiences got him into Japanese Whiskey. He got deeper and deeper into whiskey which led him to the idea of opening a distillery. His hometown of Haddonfield was seeking to have someone open a distillery. Tommy is very hands on and he got started learning the ropes of distilling. Wildfether opened in May of 2023. They have exploded onto the scene making 1500 cocktails a week for their raving customers. They are working hard to keep up with production and already have expansion plans in the works. They're a meeting spot in the community. You'll be amazed and delighted by the craft spirits and cocktails.
