Krista: Hello and welcome back to the So You Had a Baby Podcast, Episode 29! We all know that there is a lot of change that happens in our body during pregnancy and after giving birth. These changes can affect us physically and emotionally as we transition into motherhood, and because of that, we thought it would be appropriate to start a short series on postpartum body changes.
