Nikki: Hey guys! Welcome to the So You Had a Baby Podcast, Ep. 08. In today’s episode, we will be interviewing Megan Caldwell. Megan Caldwell is mom to three busy kiddos (Connor 8, Cameron 5.5 and Charley Jeanne age 3.) She is wife to Bo and owns and operates FIT4MOM Cedar Mill in NW & NE Portland, offering pre & post natal fitness classes, as well as community events and support for moms in ALL stages of motherhood. As a collegiate athlete with a background in education, leading FIT4MOM programs and helping moms find strength in motherhood combines three of her biggest passions - educating others, staying active and spending time with her children. When she not busy in her business, Megan enjoys running, coffee dates (or wine dates!) with girlfriends, and spending time outside with her family.
Krista: You guys, we just loved this episode for so many reasons. Megan and Fit4Mom were such a huge blessing in both of our postpartum and it meant so much that we got to hear her story and we cant wait for you to hear it as well.
