Aiming for wholeness is not an overtime task, but it something that you do night after night. Clean your social media account of all pass relationship, don't leave even one. In some cases, block and delete! Clean your phone of all images: I know sometimes there are memories that you want to whole onto, but if you are looking towards the future with you RIB then delete it! Get rid of every single thing in your possession that came from them. Printed photos, souvenirs and clothing. Delete their number out of your phone: you may be tempted one day to send them a text message or give them a phone. Do yourself a favor and get rid of the phone number. Change your phone number: this may seem a little petty but trust me you are closing every door and leaving no stone unturned. Enjoy
