Last week I dropped by to talk about rest, how to prioritise it, and the struggles that may come with it. So many of you got in touch after this and shared your own stories about learning to prioritise rest. If you didn't catch the episode you can listen here

What stood out was how many of you talked about change. Change in mindset, change in activities, change in how you went about your day. Many of you shared that change took time, was hard, and some of you have shared that you don't even know where to begin.

This week, I thought I would talk about change. Change is a big topic and one we need to explore as we look at improving wellbeing. All improvement comes with change, but we often neglect this crucial piece of work.

We need to understand the change process and management process for ourselves and for those we work with.

Change doesn't have to be hard, slow, or take time. Thinking this way can also impact our approach to change and the improvement we make.
