As the emphasis on staff wellbeing increases, and the connection between this and things such as teacher burnout, teachers leaving the classroom, and the need to attract more teachers to the profession is made, so too is the desire for data on staff and teacher wellbeing.
There is an influx of staff (and student) wellbeing trackers, apps, and surveys being offered and used in schools, with more and more hitting the market each week.
Yes, we need the data, but there are a few things missing that matter when it comes to using staff wellbeing data.
