Description

Here's the thing, a good night's sleep isn't impacted by what we do before bed, it is impacted by our whole day. Sure, some breathwork, lighting a candle, a cup of tea, and getting off social media all help, but what about how much water you drink during the day, the energy in your body that needs to be released, or the conversation you have? All of these things too impact how we sleep. In fact, getting ready for bed starts as soon as you wake.
